About Rev. Troy Denson, Sr.

Rev. Troy Denson Sr. has been preaching the gospel since 28 years of age, and from early childhood he developed a love for The Lord, and was raised in a God-fearing family. However, as God's grace abound, and during a season in his young-adult years, young-Troy lived as a type of "prodigal son", but then he heard the word of God to church, preached from Jeremiah 29:11, saying, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."  After Bro. Troy heard these words from God, he received this message inclusively, and learned that this was the Message that The Lord wanted to use him to carry to those who are suffering. Thus, Bro. Troy accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

Shortly afterwards, Bro. Troy heard The Lord speak to him more missionally from Isaiah 6:8b, asking the questions, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" And with a reverent heart, Troy responded as Isaiah had, "Then said I, Here am I; send me." Therefore, in the year of 1996, Troy L. Last but not least, after 14 years of "ordained ministry", Rev. Denson views the greatest ministry that he has ever been called to serve has been that of being a faithful husband unto his wife (Theresa Denson) and being a loving father for his sons (Storee Denson, Jim, and TJ) whom are doing amazing things. He is grateful unto the Lord for "gracing" him with these blessed opportunities. Rev. Troy Denson's favorite scripture which awakens him to the "word" and "prayer" unto God early each morning, comes from St. John 15:7, which says, "If you abide in me, and my word abides in you, you can ask what you will and it will be done unto you".
